“This was just a fantastic book from the first short to the last short. I usually don’t give 5 Stars to anthologies on the grounds that I am reading a huge book containing short stories, but this was different.

Stranded is a theme where, for some reason or other, the men find themselves separated from the rest of the world in one way or another. It may be a time warp, it may be a disaster, or it could simply be a situation where a simple, faulty, computer glitch could set all mechanized doors inoperable. Whatever the reason may be, I was just left loving each little short story.”

“Overall, I really enjoyed this anthology, as every story was totally different, and I found this a wonderful way to read stories from authors I have never read before. I will definitely be looking for other books by these authors, and would recommend this anthology to anyone who wants fantasy, historical, transgender and many others all mixed together in one book.”

“Stranded, an anthology by Wayward Ink Publishing, is an amazing book that incorporates 13 short stories written by a variety of authors. Each one is a unique and different take on men who are separated from the rest of the world by one form or another. Some may be a twist on a similar theme while other’s can be something completely different. Regardless of why they have been stranded, I found myself loving each story individually.

While each one is written by a different author, I found myself enjoying each one and they all were very well written. Some pulled more at my heart strings than others but I can’t honestly say I liked one over any other. They were all amazing stories that kept the reader engaged and wanting more.”

4.5 Stars overall from Hearts on Fire Reviews
“The stories in Stranded share a common thread of people being, well, stranded. The ways of it are not the same but all suffer from being left behind or unable to move forward. As with any anthology, I liked some more than others but this time, I loved a couple!”

“STRANDED is a great collection of stories centering around the theme of being stranded.

I like how all the authors took the stories in different directions. They were all very unique but still centered around the common theme. All of the stories were enjoyable. There were a couple that stuck out for me, though…”

4.25* from Word of Diversity Fiction for Stranded.

“I decided to review each story as if it was a stand alone story. I averaged the rating with theme and story ratings. The one I didn’t finish wasn’t counted toward the average rating. The overall anthology was an excellent theme to read. It was fun and see what kind of situation the authors came up with.”
